These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Approval Consulting website, inquiry forms, private conversation links, and client portal. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
The Approval Consulting provides housing application strategy, document support, and consulting services. We are not a landlord, property manager, lender, credit-repair company, law firm, or government agency unless expressly stated otherwise.
No guarantee of approval
We do not guarantee housing, rental, financing, or application approval. Final decisions are made independently by landlords, property managers, screening companies, lenders, and other decision-makers. Results vary based on individual circumstances and third-party requirements.
Inquiries and client relationships
Submitting an inquiry, receiving an automated response, or using a private inquiry link does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we accept an engagement and any required service arrangements are completed.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information. You may not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized documents or information. You are responsible for reviewing information before it is submitted to any third party.
Private links and account security
You are responsible for protecting your password and private conversation links. Do not share them with unauthorized persons. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or private link has been compromised.
Messages, voice notes, and uploads
You may use portal communication tools only for legitimate inquiries and service coordination. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, malicious, or unrelated content. You grant us permission to store and process submitted content as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide services.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the portal, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Our website and portal rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, email, and website chat. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, policies, decisions, outages, or content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
