Private access

This portal is for invited clients and authorized administrators. Keep your password private and notify The Approval Consulting if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Permitted use

Use the portal only for your consulting service. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content or attempt to access another client’s information.

Documents and messages

You are responsible for providing accurate information and readable documents. Portal messages and status updates are for service coordination and do not create a guarantee of approval or a promise by any landlord or property manager.

Service limitation

The Approval Consulting provides housing application strategy, document support, and consulting. Results are not guaranteed. Final decisions remain with landlords, property managers, and other decision-makers.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available and secure, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued portal use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
